Warranty Terms

The same terms we provide in writing with every estimate.

Stone Crow Construction (Gumerov Ventures LLC), WA Contractor Reg. #STONECC742N1, provides the following limited workmanship warranty to the original customer named on the contract.

Coverage period

  • New installations we build — 1 year from the date of substantial completion.
  • Repair and service work on an existing structure — 30 days from completion, covering our labor only.

What is covered

Defects in our workmanship: post setting, fastening, framing, alignment, and installation errors on the work we performed.

What is not covered

  • Natural wood behavior — warping, checking, splitting, shrinkage, cupping, and color change.
  • Pre-existing conditions in structures, posts, or materials we did not install.
  • Materials supplied by the customer.
  • Ground or soil movement, settling, erosion, drainage, and water intrusion.
  • Storm, wind, flood, fire, vehicle, animal, or third-party damage.
  • Normal wear, finish and stain fade, and lack of routine maintenance.
  • Work altered, repaired, or added to by anyone other than Stone Crow Construction.

How to make a claim

Contact us at (360) 453-7559 or stonecrowconstruction@gmail.com within the coverage period, with photos and a description of the issue. We will inspect the work, and if a covered defect is confirmed, repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Limits

Repair or replacement of the covered defect is the remedy under this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original customer at the original service address. It is void if the balance on the contract has not been paid in full, or if the work has been altered by others. This warranty does not limit any rights you have under Washington law.
